Shipping & Returns

Shipping :

We mark our packages as fragile and for those customers who leave out of USA we also mark the packages as gift so you don't have to pay any extra taxes ( make sure that you let your local post office know your package is just a gift and therefor it is tax free )

Because shipping companies like DHL charge very high shipping fees and we try to make shopping with us as most affordable as it is possible, we use regular USPS for our shipping which normally it takes about 2 to 5 business days for local  and about 7 to 14 days for out of US, after it gets shipped.  We will notify you each step of the way via email and tracking number.  Please remember that you can upgrade your shipping to DHL or other carriers if time or delivery is an issue but you need to notify us in your order's comment area and right away we will email you the extra that it would cost for shipping and If you confirmed we proceed with upgrade.

If there is shortage on the item which you ordered we will notify you right away via email and we will pause your order until it becomes available shortly or substitute it with another item or just remove it from your order with your approval.  We will keep you up to date in any stages of  processing, packaging, and shipping via email.

Return Policy :

Please note that the ingredients used in our products are extremely rare and expensive, also because of  health reasons we can not resell any items that are opened or used therefor we can not accept returns on opened or used items. Please place your order carefully and feel free to contact us if there is any question.  Please note that everything we ship is sealed by manufacturer and if their seal ever gets broken we have no choice by destroying those items and that would be too costly.

If anyone try to return an item which they would claim that it has never been open or used, well since we can not take a chance in regards of the item would have been resealed, there would be noting we can do with that item neither and return can not be offered.  Please understand that this is the best way we can guarantee that the product you buy from us is original and it has never been tampered with or returned.

All the products sold in our web site has been double checked to meet our standards and best quality. If  you feel that for any reason your package has been tampered with, customers have up to seven ( 7 ) days after receiving our shipment to report it to us so we can initiate our investigation.

However, normally it takes few days to package your items and get them shipped and if you act on time before we ship your package than we would be gladly able to make any type of change or even cancel the sell which ever you wish. If you change your mind and refuse to recieve your package after it gets shipped, we can only give you credit on the item itself but not the shipping fee, when we get the package back.

Please remember that any arrangement in regards of your order has to be verified and confirmed by customer support at mazaskincare.com  ( we do not like any surprises )
